The Summer Village Land Use Bylaw provides the general regulations for integrating into your new lakeside community, and basic requirements and restrictions for RV usage or building on your lot. The Architectural Controls are a specific guiding document provided by the Developer to ensure that when you are ready to build central Alberta four seasons vacation property, the desired cabin and cottage "flavour" of Aspen Rise is adhered to, to the benefit of all through an improved subdivision and an appreciation in real estate value.
