IT'S A FACT!

Gull Lake is unique in that it is a "maintained lake". Alberta Environment maintains the lake level by diverting out of the Blindman River when necessary to keep it at its current level. It is one of the largest lakes in Central Alberta, and like many other smaller lakes in Alberta, this one isn't about to dry up!

2) Our sales centre is now open and you can reach our sales manager, Ward, on site at 403-472-3614.  Stop by on Saturdays or Sundays and cook up a hot dog and have a cold drink, and be sure to stop by the General Store for free ice cream too!

3) Contractor is busy finishing off the roads, and driveways and culverts are almost complete.  Let's keep that rain away for a few weeks longer!

4) The Summer Village is in the moving forward with a beach enhancement plan - take a look! We're excited to see such proposed improvement on an already fantastic beach!

5) We're excited that six development permits have already been issued this year - one home is already built, two more are well underway and another three are being just starting but should move along quite quickly!
